I’m an educator turned sales growth specialist with a passion for enabling efficiency and capability within companies to exceed business and revenue goals. A diverse background in food and hospitality, sustainable agriculture, education, customer service, business development and operations led me to my current role as a Sales Operations and Revenue Manager. My experience and expertise includes the following:Revenue Operations & Enablement | Currently I direct the implementation of company-wide sales and marketing goals at Jacobson Floral Supply. My focus is to drive sales initiatives and increase revenue across all business channels, by securing new business in the mass market and wholesale divisions, reviewing business structures and processes and managing the operations of the sales department. Additionally, the marketing materials for our distribution sales channels fall under my direction and I have an active role in reviewing and revamping the universal marketing strategy at Jacobson.Business Development & Sales | I manage some of the largest accounts and hold a diverse and expansive portfolio at Jacobson Floral Supply. My work contributed to a 25% sales increase by securing new business and growing existing accounts. Project Management and Collaboration | I’ve helped lead an enterprise-wide technical software upgrade and operations implementation and oversaw the development and training of staff to facilitate adoption resulting in improved business security, continuity and efficiency. Currently I am guiding the development and adoption of a new e-commerce website.
