Working as a junior staff member on the Dispute Resolution Law Journal at the start of this school year, performing subchecks and writing a casenote.

Observed hearings related to the main bankruptcy case and adversary proceedings, and discussed ruling strategy with Judge Morris and his law clerks. Conducted legal research on mandatory and permissive abstention and drafted a recommendation. Principles of bankruptcy taught by Judge Morris

Ran tryouts and selected the team; managed the hiring of the coach and the coach’s success with the team; oversaw practices and gameday performances; and resolved interpersonal conflicts. Served as liaison with the UCSB athletics department and apparel representative to schedule performances and order the team uniform/apparel. Oversaw all Executive Board positions including President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Recruiters.

Conducted an independent study in the Communication Department analyzing the connection between the Reid Technique and false confessions under the supervision of Professor Linz.

Conducted an Honors Contract for the Memory and Cognition Lab class with Professor Hegarty in which I wrote a research proposal on multimedia effect and understanding of the Covid-19 vaccine.
