I travelled around the GTA teaching swimming lessons in people's backyards. The swimming lessons went from 30 minutes to an hour and I taught all ages. I made people feel comfortable and safe in the water while keeping a fun and positive attitude to make them fall in love with swimming just as much as I did.

As I graduated with a high school diploma in 2019 I decided to take a year off and work. I thoroughly enjoyed being a staff manager and connecting with youth to help them succeed in a work environment. I planned events for staff parties, discussed issues with parents, organized schedules for staff and students, organized and filmed swim videos for the parents to see how they have progressed in their swim skills.

I was a camp counsellor for two years at an overnight camp up north. It is a girls-only camp that I grew up going to, I taught swimming lessons in the lake to all ages, was the head of the dance club, and was the counsellor to ages 6-10. I loved making memories with the campers and wanted to make the impact of loving it as much as I did because of my counsellors.

I was a lifeguard at Fogolars Country Club for long summer hours usually from 12-6 pm. It was a large 9ft deep pool with many swimmers of all ages. It was usually me and one other lifeguard.
