The Institute for Nonprofit News is a network of over 450 nonprofit, nonpartisan newsrooms. As Research Director, I lead the INN Index, the most comprehensive study and source of data about the emerging nonprofit news field. I managed the design and launch of our Pods benchmarking program, a Looker Studio dashboard measuring and tracking nonprofit news.

I conducted research and managed course design for the Senior Dean of Research in order to launch a new HBS course. The course design involved working with Harvard Business Publishing, External Relations, students and the case writing group to produce innovative teaching methods and tools.

In particular, I studied how nonprofit and topically focused media outlets can engage, grow and monetize their online audiences.
