Hey there! Thanks for stopping by! 👋🏻 Let me tell you a little about myself. I am the Marketing Manager for a top rated commercial construction company, ACOUSTI, specializing in interior finishes with 20 branches across 8 of the Southeastern, United States! I joined the #oneAcousti team in 2015 as the Collections Assistant for the Orlando, Florida branch where I handled cash collection, lien waivers and branch payroll. In 2017 I was promoted to Project Assistant where I utilized Sage Timberline Office software for project information data entry. This role consisted of providing Project Mangers with administrative support: Proposals, Submittals, Contracts, Job Cost Information, Close Outs, Warranties & Purchase Orders. Starting in Mid-2019, I became the Office Manager; interacting with visitors, vendors and employees at all levels and ensuring the office ran smoothly and efficiently, handling workers compensation claims as well as coordinating administrative staff scheduling and hiring/termination of employment were all pieces of the puzzle! 2021 I moved back to my original Acousti roots in the Accounting department as Account Manager for Orlando. In this role my responsibilities included AIA Billing, Collections Management, and Textura & Procore processing. Throughout my time at Acousti I developed a passion for getting our name out there in a BIG way… Bringing us to 2022 I took on the position of Marketing Manager for our Corporate Office, handling all things marketing: from social media, tradeshow displays, marketing materials and giveaways, office apparel for all branches and field. If the logo is on it… I’m a part of it! Since 2016 I have been part of the Central Florida Chapter Associated Builders and Contractors Special Events Committee, Chairing the committee from 2019 – 2021. The committee helps CFC ABC plan, organize and execute special events ranging from Sporting Clays & Golf Tournaments to their largest event.. the Construction EXPO. 🤝🏻Young (& Young at ❤) Professionals can also find me at the CFC ABC Young Professionals Group events. Chairing this committee in 2021 we are committed to bridging the generational gap within the construction industry! When I am not in the office you can find helping friends plan events (just can’t seem to shake that passion!) discussing my book clubs recent pick or traveling! The number one thing on my bucket list is to visit all 50 states before my 50th birthday… 33 down so far! 🎉📚✈
