I am guiding Providerflow through the adoption and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and CPQ. As well as integrating with DocuSign Gen and Dialpad. Additionally I am their Project/Product Manager working with our in-house and overseas development teams to bring our newest version of Providerflow to release.

As the Salesforce Project Manager at DAS Health, I was a key member in our company’s CRM team driving the creation and implementation as well as ongoing support and management of Salesforce. I led my company through a major project to develop Salesforce CPQ for automating our quoting and contracting processes which included a DocuSign and Adobe Sign integration. As a Salesforce Administrator I worked to transform my companies CRM experience through custom objects, reports, dashboards, data management, data loader, process builders, flows, user account maintenance and much more to streamline all processes within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

As Senior Product Manager, I act as an internal subject matter expert on DAS Health’s products including assessURhealth™, Chronic Care Management and Government Incentives and Penalty Avoidance programs that include MACRA/MIPS, APMs and PCMH. Serve as a brand ambassador to internal and external clients and represent the DAS Health brand.Responsibilities include:• Serving as lead point of contact on all product matters• Lead product implementations• Perform product training for internal and external clients• Manage VAR product certification materials• Serve as primary point of contact for vendor relations• Monitor and understand changing market trends and competitive analysis for products• Deliver exceptional, relationship building customer service as a trusted advisor and industry expert

In cooperation with Region Managers, responsible for the complete implementation, maintenance, growth and overall satisfaction of more than 60 independent physician practices in the DAS portfolio. Execute the design and installation of core practice management and clinical EHR systems, and oversee user training for each practice. Deliver further benefit by assisting with key activities that include: government incentive program reporting, contracting for ancillary services, workflow analysis to improve revenue, billing reviews to assist in pinpointing areas of improvement, as well as ongoing user training on new EHR features as they are introduced. Conduct monthly Meaningful Use Stage 2 training classes for physician practices, as well as provide each client with a Semi-Annual Practice Analysis meeting, featuring an in-depth overview of the practices' current status and recommendations for ongoing improvement. The efforts of the Client Services Group have helped hundreds of providers and thousands of users successfully transition to EHR, guaranteed them over $5 million in Meaningful Use incentives, and saved them hundreds of thousands more by stepping in to save those affected by certain payer cuts or system discontinuations.

Responsible for the overall implementation, maintenance and integrity of the practice management and clinical EHR systems, as well as add-on services to include portal, interfaces, scanning solutions, and billing clearinghouse transmissions. Key activities include but are not limited to: development of implementation strategy, planning, milestones and execution of plans. Managing of client implementations, facilitation and documentation of key decisions, and physician practice workflows. Manage design, performs customizations, configuration and implementation of billing and clinical systems. Oversee all training activities from development of content through execution of training and competency assessment of physicians and office staff. Participate on the help desk and associated support activities including post live application support.
