-Lead Research & Insights function for Uber & Uber Eats for ANZ-Reporting into global marketing intelligence team-Management of all primary research programs across the ANZ businesses – spanning across brand health tracking, voice of the customer, product evaluation, brand architecture & strategy, creative testing and campaign evaluation.-Management of research vendors & retainers.

Responsibility for overseeing the data & insights function within the business.• Lead acquisition and rollout of 3rd party data partnerships• Management and oversight of proprietary research tools, including voice of the customer survey platform and geospatial audience planning platform• Lead and educate teams within the business on data & insights including client and partner liaison where appropriate• Management of research or data analytics agencies

-Lead a dedicated Insights & strategy team across consumer product, marketing, retail, digital and commercial sales support for SWM division Pacific -Responsible for the capture, analysis and provision of market and consumer insight, both proprietary and secondary research-Measurement reporting and analysis-New product development, creative testing and brand tracking-Voice of the customer community panel management -Focus group moderation-Social and category trend forecasting -Management of key external data vendor relationships-Representation on industry body groups (IAB measurement council, TRW technical committee and Magazine Networks research committee)
