I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with 15 years of experience in ABA starting as a behavior interventionist and working up to a clinical director. My experience ranges from developing pre-academic and prosocial skills for preschoolers to vocational skills and transition to adulthood, developing behavior plans for in school and in home services, and assisting with the IEP process. Additionally, I have developed and supervised in-home ABA services for ages 3-18. Experienced with conducting FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLs, EFL, and AFLS. Currently I am providing clinical support to a team of BCBAs and assistant supervisors, group and individual BCBA supervision, and supervising in home and in clinic behavioral programs. My focus as the ABA Site Manager is to foster a team-focused, positive, and collaborative space for my team to work together for a high level of clinical excellence. We infuse humor and vulnerability in our work to connect with our families and learners.
