Hello, and thank you for viewing my profile! I'm Emily Saurack, and I grew up in Rye, New York. I am a junior pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at Cornell University's Nolan School of Hotel Administration, where I am developing my knowledge of the business of hospitality. I am also pursuing a minor in Human Development, where I am learning how and why humans think and behave the way they do. I am looking for an internship this summer that will allow me to learn and grow in Hospitality and further my business acumen. My coursework includes Accounting, Finance, and Real Estate as well as Marketing. These courses, coupled with my experience in restaurant operations, meetings and events, and marketing, have allowed me to be exposed to many aspects of the hospitality world. While I am analytical by nature, I have also come to understand the critical intersection of numbers and the human aspect of this wonderful world of hospitality.
