About Emily Seitz
I originally found accounting through FFA. Every year I would start with a set budget and would keep records of every transaction. As I began to learn more about budgeting I found myself playing with different scenarios to see how I could maximize my profits. This began my journey to find my passion and has lead me to my current position as a tax preparer.With over four years of customer service experience, I have grown my skills in client retention and communication. I am currently learning tax preparation and am continuously expanding my knowledge on IRS regulations and tax codes. I especially enjoy the ability to serve each client in every unique situation they have experienced over the past year. Currently, I am searching for an audit internship for Spring of 2024. After graduating with a Master's at UNT Fall 2023, I plan to study for the CPA and continue my career at my respective firm.
