Marketing Coordinator, National Marketing And Target Pursuits
CurrentSupport all phases of proposal management efforts of Clark’s National Marketing Group, specifically for projects identified as target pursuits. Responsibilities include writing, editing and proofreading documentation for RFP’s/RFQ’s/SOQ’s and Letters of Interest; design of collateral proposal materials to include brochures, presentation materials, project sheets, technical resumes and binder graphics; coordination of final proposal content with Vice Presidents, Project Executives and Pursuit Team Leads; supervision of packaging, printing and assembly of final submissions.
