• Manage lease files and plant inventory
• Lease Payable/Accounts Payables
• Work with all departments on resolving obstacles such as property access, tree trimming, new builds, take downs, upgrades and relocations
• Research real property and business owners utilizing MD Landrec, MD SDAT, City iMap, VA Business Entity
• Collaborate with property owners on collecting W-9 forms, Deeds, Death Certificates, Wills
• Assist Lessors with lease questions, payments, contact changes

• Prepare Maintenance Quotes/Contracts using the Avaya Business Partner tool
• Maintain customer database
• Gather and review sales contracts for proper/ completed documents
• Create project files, maintain budgets, prepare purchase orders to vendors/ subcontractors, order and track equipment
• Process Aftermarket and Change Order requests
• Monitor returns

• Schedule Service Technician according to area based on the service request received and by arrival date of parts
• Order parts needed to complete a service
• Responsible for Manager’s schedule; scheduling field visits, and appointments
• Provide support to our Sales Consultants
• Detail all service records to assure accurate information can be provided to Customers, inner office Staff, Sales, Accounting, and to the Corporate office
• Responsible for the coordination and administrative functions related to installation
