Emily Simnor is a forensic delay expert at Yendall Hunter, based in New Zealand. For the past 18 years, she has provided advice on delay and disruption matters to owners and contractors in relation to major projects in the UK, Middle East, Asia and Australasia.She has experience working across a wide range of industry sectors, including oil and gas, power, industrial, civil infrastructure and building. She has also worked in a commercial and programming capacity on a PFI rail project in the UK and in an international legal environment in Tokyo.Ms Simnor has been appointed as expert witness in relation to delay and disruption aspects of project disputes in adjudication and arbitration and has been cross examined a number of times.
