•Assist winemaker in daily winery operations•Arrange winemaker’s schedule during harvest and bottling season•Coordinate winemakers daily schedule•Manage daily paperwork and emails•Act as liaison between McPherson and fifteen private label accounts and clients •Submit TABC/TTB Label Approvals for McPherson and private clients•Track monthly wine inventory and filing of TTB/TABC taxes•Handle monthly out of state permits and tax reports•Maintain database of weight slips, bill of lading’s, bottling reports, winery operations reports, etc. for TTB•Coordinate with brokers regarding wine festivals and branding•Create tech sheets & tasting notes on all new wine vintages•Cultivate relationships with local and national media to increase exposure for McPherson Cellars •Manage approximately 10 annual wine competition and award submissions •Coordinate monthly distributor orders for Republic National, Siema, Port City Dist. and Maverick WinesFulfill direct-to-consumer sales via website •Assist Event Director with special events •Maintain Ewinery online wine shop for McPherson’s website •Plan and coordinate McPherson Cellars’ Annual Wines & Vines Festival, which exposes McPherson Cellars to over 1200 individuals •Manage inventory of 27,000 cases of wine and tasting room merchandise, annually•Promote brand loyalty and marketing of McPherson Cellars•Assist with McPherson Cellars wine club

• Conduct wine tastings for customers• Serve wine at events (weddings, reunions, fundraisers)• Set up and break down tables, chairs for events• Give tours of the winery for customers• Consult customers about wine• Excellent verbal and sales skills
