  As Supplement Recovery Manager I am responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Supplement Recovery Service. Our Supplement Recovery Service works with Aged Care Facilities to identify missed government funding and my team is responsible for completing investigations into specific residents and the subsequent completion of any paperwork required by Medicare to substantiate a claim for missed government funding. My role requires me to have strong attention to detail, communication skills, time-management and organisation skills, leadership skills and very good negation skills.
