• Community Association Manager for 10 communities within Charleston County• Oversee amenities of all communities: pools, clubhouses, pavilion, tennis courts, playground, community dock• Work closely with Board of Directors and Architectural Review Board members• Daily correspondence with owners, tenants and contract vendors• Financial: process invoices for the communities, review and analyze monthly financials and produce yearly budgets. • Conduct weekly covenant inspections for all properties, and address the violations accordingly• Provide the Board of Directors with monthly management reports, which include the financials and an analysis, the monthly noted violations and key open project items that were addressed• Coordinate clubhouse rentals and ensure the renter has all the necessary information for using the space• Attend monthly, quarterly and annual meetings for communities• Assisted in the process for having a community annexed into the Town of Mt. Pleasant• Daily interaction with contract landscapers • Daily inspections of amenity complexes

Contributing as a team member to the Livability Department in the areas of encroachment, covenant compliance and safety. Create and distribute permits to contractors, conduct daily inspections of properties on Kiawah Island to make sure they are in compliance with KICA's covenants. Also perform daily inspections of line-of-sight issues at intersections on Kiawah, and if there is an issue then to make sure it is communicate to our Landscaping Department. Oversee the safety of KICA's employees, specially the Landscaping Department to ensure they are wearing the proper PPE for the job they are conducting.
