▪ Provided intensive strength-based individualized support to 200+ first-generation graduates of Boston Public Schools at Suffolk University, UMass Boston, and Bunker Hill Community College.▪ Led integration of 6 non-profit partners at Bunker Hill Community College. Launched monthly meetings of university and Success Boston coaches to coordinate services. ▪ Mentored an undergraduate to launch successful peer-support program for young men of color.▪ Skilled supervision of staff, budget and data management, proposal writing, and reporting.

▪ Managed federally funded program providing college preparatory services for 900+ students and families in grades 7–12, Boston Public middle and high schools. ▪ Facilitated 3-year vertical teaming effort between middle and high school math teachers in East Boston that supported 36% increase of 9th grade placements in grade-level and honors math.▪ Coordinated after-school programs in accelerated math, ELA, SAT Prep, MCAS prep.▪ Supervised 7 staff located in 4 school-based locations.
