Developing therapeutic relationships with service users who have experienced braininjuries or have a diagnosis of FND. Providing support using a variety of verbal and non-verbal skills to overcome communication barriers presented by patients due to their cognitive or impaired sensory deficits. Facilitating group intervention sessions such as gardening group, cooking group, art group and physiotherapy. Also, facilitating therapeutic one-to-one sessions with patients such as outdoor mobility rehabilitation and community- based outings. Contribute to ward meetings e.g. MDT goal setting, timetabling, ward round, handovers and review meetings. Liaising with other staff and agencies involved in the care of the service user as required, for example with carers/family/social services and other Lishman staff.

Providing individual and collective care for patients in Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit and Acute wards.Undertaking clinical obligations including reporting to psychiatrists regarding patient progress and assisting the nursing team with the planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care plans and risk assessments. Updating records of care, including incident reports, physical observations (such as vital signs) and incorporating all relevant communication and liaison.Using psychological intervention techniques, problem solving and communication skills to de-escalate challenging behaviour and high risk situations. Carrying out observation duties for patients deemed as high risk. Engaging with patients on a one to one basis to provide emotional support, build trust and encourage full engagement with their care plan and treatment. This includes working alongside patients in art therapy sessions, sharing mealtimes and engaging in social activities. Understanding the importance of teamwork to ensure personal, colleague and patient safety, including the use of MAYBO restraining techniques where necessary.Treating each patient with respect and dignity, responding with humanity and kindness to relief pain, distress, anxiety or need.

First point of contact for patients and staff, distributing blood test and X-ray forms, managing patient prescription requests and working closely with the practise manager to ensure smooth running of daily operations. Responsible for the management of the building and all services within, liaising with cleaning and security staff and ordering medical supplies and equipment for clinics.

Organising the logistics of each shoot, ensuring all crew, contributors and production staff are scheduled when required. Booking crews and equipment, keeping records of bookings and costs and ensuring crew access to office and equipment.Preparation and distribution of call sheets, collating all information, ensuring relevance and accuracy. Initiating and maintaining production records including release forms, invoices, contact lists, guest details and bookings.Conducting background research for individual producers and providing guest background information. Providing administrative support including, but not limited to, booking transport, arranging access and press passes, contacting and confirming prospective contributors and sourcing equipment and props.
