What am I up to these days? Still performing analysis and program management in a consulting role. In recent years, I have helped companies evaluate and implement integrated ERP, PSA, CRM and ITSM SaaS solutions. Also performing analysis and onboarding of new companies as a result of M&A. Still supporting Prime Therapeutics as their ongoing ADA Compliance efforts and converting PDFs to be 508 compliant based on WCAG 3.0 standards.What else? Working with Kristina Halvorson and Brain Traffic; Helped define and implement Content Strategy projects and content migration projects for HUGE companies. Completed many strategy consulting engagements involving current CMS evaluation and recommendation to stay/upgrade/change. Spent several years implementing Oracle WebCenter CMS implementations as well as SDL Tridion global translation and localization.Spent a bunch of time at BCBSMN managing the Web team, defining Interactive Marketing and doing a CMS evaluation and implementation. Defined and implemented a new online experience for Minnesota Masonic Charities working with Sean McKay (UXP and Design) and Kelly Burkhart (content strategy). Partnered with Lisa Pope at Starkey implementing a new online strategy for Professionals and Consumers.To name a few. Keeping busy!!
