Cost price negotiation to ensure purchases aligned to budgets. In early 2020 I organised a launch event for Hampton Event Hire to showcase this new range, whilst incorporating existing ranges, to a host of planners, stylists and industry colleagues. Tasked with organising collaborators and suppliers, planning and styling the entire event. After approximately one year with Hampton Event Hire and opportunity arose to work with and lead the sales team. Seeing my passion for the business and drive to work with and assists my colleagues I was approached for a new role. Creating a positive and target based working environment is key. Bringing the team together to work cohesively and drive the business further. 2020 has been nothing short of a challenging year, but my team remain focused and positive, working as one in the beat interest of Hampton Event Hire
