My job is to provide excellent customer service, keep the shop floor tidy and making sure stock is up to date, using a cash register for both sales and returns of items. During my time working at H&M I have learnt how to work within a team, making sure all tasks are in a timely and efficient manner. I also now have an understanding of how the business develops ideas and communicate them to their customers in an ever-changing environment.I have recently been given the responsibility of the underwear department. I have the control to be able to reorganise the department however I see fit. In the first having this responsibility the sales increased by 20% and senior have thanked my effort.
