The roadshows which coincide with the latest flagship launch are designed to showcase device capabilities and bring to life the USP's by creating engaging experiences through stand theming and immersive content.Over the course of a single roadshow (4-6 weeks), our team delivered training sessions across India and the Philippines, to large groups of sales agents on behalf of Three, O2, Virgin, Vodafone and Samsung Services, retail channels. Up to 100 agents took part in each session which lasted 30 minutes and across all sites, 3000 agents were successfully trained. During each session, agents received training from the Samsung trainers and got hands on time with the devices through immersive activities. Samsung trainers worked in a pair to deliver the educational segment then supported me, a UK brand ambassador and 6 local staff, to help deliver the experiential part. Key Responsibilities:- Install and secure demonstration devices, every day.- Set up and troubleshoot the gaming software. - Introduce the trainers and explain the agenda to every new group at the start of each session. - Brief and allocate roles to the local Brand Ambassadors- Distribute merchandise to all agents.- Log and distribute prizes to the activity winners.- Liaise with production, trainers and site managers to ensure the smooth running of all sessions.- Support Samsung Trainers - Oversee and host the gaming activates and generate a buzz to create memorable experiences for the agents.- Feedback daily reports and photos.Total Roadshows:Note 8 – October 2017 (India)S9/S9 + – March 2018 (India)Note 9 – August 2018 (India)S10/S10+/S10e – March 2019 X 2 (India & Philippines) A-Series – June 2019 (India)Note 10+ 5G / A90 – October 2019 X 2 (India & Philippines)
