I am now responsible for developing and delivering digital marketing plans in line with the overall digital strategy, playing a key role in driving a digitally focused culture for three of Belfast’s most iconic venues including Northern Ireland’s only purpose-built, international convention centre. Working closely with the Head Marketing & Communications, I focus on maximising the effectiveness of online content and delivering a digital presence that facilitates the desired levels of revenue generation across the ICC Belfast, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall brand family. My organisationOur vision is to create a world-class stage where people make great things happen. In Northern Ireland’s only hybrid-by-design international convention centre, we host conferences, conventions and meetings for Corporate and Association clients. Waterfront Hall and Ulster Hall are synonymous with live entertainment in Northern Ireland and everyone from US Presidents to Charles Dickens to local legends Snow Patrol have graced our stages. We are creative, innovative and action-orientated and love to inherit client KPIs as our own to deliver a shared vision of success. My passionsIn my personal life, aside from helping with caring responsibilities for my dad, I am a creative cook and enjoy entertaining friends and family. I am an avid surfer and regularly read about and apply mind and body wellbeing techniques to ensure stress management and self-improvement. I also keep fit through walking and Irish Dancing.
