Participated on a team to reduce engineering data defects using Lean principles in order to reduce engineering and manufacturing cycle times.Championed the development of a New Hire Orientation Handbook to help new employees gain the knowledge necessary for their role within a much shorter timeframe. The Handbook also standardized the knowledge that new employees should learn within the first 90 days on the job, and served as a good reference tool for existing employees.
