Finance- Manage grant funding for DC Scholars Community Schools, including accounts payable submissions for invoices, check requests, and reimbursements for grants at our schools;- Manage vendor relationships, purchasing, and expense reports for DC Scholars Community Schools; - Manage RFP process, timeline and compliance for contracts over $25,000 at DC Scholars PCS, aligned to the DC PCSB Procurement Policy;- Manage application process for National School Lunch Program at DC Scholars PCS;- Coordinate grant application processes for DC Scholars Community Schools and its associated entities (DC Scholars PCS and DC Scholars Stanton), including the submission of assurances and monthly reimbursements;- Coordinate ongoing communication pertaining to network and school-specific development opportunities, program needs, and management of documentation;External Relations:- Maintain relationships and support communication with DC Scholars PCS's Board of Directors and DC Scholars Community Schools Board of Directors in conjunction with the Board Chair, Committee Chairs, Executive Director, and Operations Assistant in preparation for whole Board and Committee meetings;- Manage compliance submissions to the DC Public Charter School Board on behalf of DC Scholars PCS;- Support Operations Leaders at each school with planning for emergency drills and teacher development on emergency preparedness.

Operational Management- Manage key administrative reporting functions connected to compliance with the DC Public Charter School Board (DC PCSB), including coordination of RFP process aligned to the DC PCSB Procurement Policy;- Maintain relationships and support communication with DC Scholars PCS's Board of Directors in preparation for Board and Committee meetings;- Lead operational coordination and communication across DC Scholars Community Schools team- Perform administrative tasks of calendar management, travel arrangements, reimbursements, and materials preparation for meetings;- Maintain vendor relationships and process invoices and expense reports for DC Scholars Community Schools; - Manage accounts payable submissions for invoices, check requests, and reimbursements paid via grants at partner schools;- Manage event coordination and communication for leader professional development, New Teacher Orientation, and special fundraising events.

- Teaching twenty - three second grade students in reading, writing, math, science, and social studies (school years 2013 - 2014, 2014 - 2015, 2015 - 2016)- Organizing bi-weekly team meetings as Grade Level Teacher Lead in order to analyze student data, create interventions for specific students, and plan field trips and events (school years 2014 - 2015, 2015 - 2016)- Manage relationships with families around academic achievement by conducting annual home visits for 75% of my students as well as organizing and delivering tri-annual academic goal setting sessions with 60% of my families- Collaborate regularly with special education teachers to modify weekly lesson plans, analyze student data, and increase student outcomes- Continuously compile and analyze student data from formal assessments, work products, and anecdotal evidence in order to differentiate instruction to each students’ proximal zone of development - Differentiated instruction for ten kindergarten and ten first grade students with ranging abilities in the same class during the 2012-2013 school year.

- Co- planning and co-delivering bi-annual professional developments for Kindergarten through 2nd Grade Teachers on literacy interventions and data analysis- Observing and coaching a Kindergarten and First Grade teacher on implementation and rigor of their literacy interventions- Monitoring progress of select Kindergarten through 2nd Grade classes to reaching end of year targets.- Attending professional developments, including Conversations about Difference, Modeling, Observation and Feedback, Coaching through Co - Planning, and Situational Leadership
