During lockdown, a colleague and I founded Jenga Jeans, a sustainable fashion business in Kenya. We upcycle second-hand jeans by incorporating vibrant Kenya Kangas, preventing textile waste and reducing CO2 emissions. Our initiative supports local artisans, fosters a circular economy, and generates income for communities while championing eco-friendly fashion.

The Cow is a small plate's restaurant of a boutique hotel in Derbyshire. I carried out work behind the bar and in the main restaurant as well as turning my hand to any other work that needed to be done.

Worked at the KWS headquarters, Kenya in the forensics department shadowing a scientist there. Was activity involved in an ongoing experiment extracting DNA from Ivory, in order to match up various Elephant populations across Kenya, to monitor the ivory trade and elephant populations themselves.
