CORE APPLICATIONS TEAM - CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ORGANIZATION - Re-designed GM’s mobile application experience, which supported all GM brands on Android and iOS platforms. - Worked on the re-design of GM’s wide array of website experiences, like Owner Center, to push them into the future.- Worked with Apple and Google to design GM’s Projection experience in Apple Carplay and Android Auto. We were the first automotive OEM to launch an application in this space.- Assisted the Spotify team with their implementation of the Spotify app in GM vehicles/Apple Carplay.- Implemented new features in the Apps team in-vehicle space, which includes our App Shop, Marketplace, and myBrand. These designs can be seen in vehicles starting in model year 2013 and extends to future models in 2023+.- Worked to design projects throughout their lifecycles, from wireframes, to basic prototypes, to graphic implementation, to deliveries and validation with development teams. - Implemented GM’s first take at a wearables experience.- Worked efficiently and successfully in an agile environment, designing in sprints with various user interface designers, user researchers, project managers, project owners, and development teams. - Streamlined our teams workflows and learning more on the project management side to make us more productive and successful.
