I am a qualified and state registered physiotherapist based at the Bridge Centre for Natural Health in Mickleover, Derby. I am the lead clinician delivering physiotherapy in the obstetric and gynaecology field. I provide physiotherapy rehabilitation to women in the pre and post natal period, specialising in the treatment of musculoskeletal pain, pelvic floor dysfunction and incontinence. I also specialise in the treatment of incontinence for all women at any stage of life, following childbirth, gynae surgery and menopause to name a few. I am passionate about health and wellbeing, and strive to support, empower and nurture my clients through their journey to better function and quality of life.
