-Plan and coordinate State Accountability Assessments and other district assessments and surveys for Bagley Elementary and Secondary Schools.-Develop and deliver staff training on required State Accountability Assessment security and administration and develop procedures for tracking staff completion. Provide staff training for other assessments (ACT and NWEA) as needed. Assist with additional staff training in district where needed and applicable.-Download, prep, and disseminate assessment data reports for vested administrative staff. Ensure teachers have digital access to students’ test results. Work with MDE and MARSS Coordinator to resolve any data discrepancies in MDE’s secure systems. Work with SPED staff to ensure MTAS scores are reported to MDE.-Work with and assist Technology Staff to secure technology needs for testing.-Collaborate with District Administrative team to assist with district projects and decisions.-Ensure all state and district security and administration procedures are followed during test administration.Develop district procedures as applicable to MDE’s yearly revised requirements. Stay current with regulations and develop district plan for reporting security breaches. Conduct random, unannounced visits to test sessions to observe staff adherence to policies. Report security breaches within 24 hours after occurrence.-Visionary/Analytical Role: Constantly look back and forward to evaluate what can make the assessment process better and more efficient. Seeks out new programs/systems that would benefit and aid Bagley Schools in data analyzation, test preparation, student progress as related to assessments, etc.

Maintaining positive donor and alumni relations through cards and phone calls. Planning and preparation for alumni event. Office tasks such as filing documents, proof reading, and creating photo booklets for donor visits. Encourage and maintain relationships current students have with their college through social media.
