- Plan and source a three-course healthy, sustainable, and locally sourced meal for 140 students and community members (similar to running a weekly pop-up restaurant)- Manage all moving parts of this meal creation (suppliers, volunteers, ingredients, execution)- Coordinate cooking workshops for the Madison community- Partner and consult with workshop sponsor - Volunteer to collaborate with interns to cook meals for 25-30 students and community members

- Created spreadsheets of the different resources around New York City such as food pantries, soup kitchens, etc. that are easily accessible for the various buildings where Community Access provides affordable housing for those suffering from mental health conditions- Designed newsletters including events, photos, and highlights of the summer that residents and staff members organized, led, and enjoyed- Led and facilitated activities throughout the different buildings for residents to learn and enjoy, such as cooking demonstrations, garden expeditions, Governor's Island trips, etc.- Showed residents that healthy eating, cooking, and gardening (among other things) is an important aspect of life that allows them to connect with their communities
