Health Education responsibilities include but not limited to; 1) Designs and delivers wellness programs and education for UCSB students addressing a range of health topics2) Delivers workshops to small and large groups and implements initiatives to address health issues for college students. Compiles and synthesizes information from literature and data to inform design and successful implementation of effective programs committed to diversity, social justice, and cultural competence.Program Management and Advancement responsibilities include but not limited to; 1) Overseeing smooth operations and planning for programs and health promotion strategies. Supports efforts to secure donations and grants, reviews requests from campus for projects (assess for consistency with our mission, feasibility, etc.) 2) Managing, and facilitating weekly staff meetings. Creates and communicate agendas, leading efficient and informative meetings, and use information to inform timelines and priorities.3) Manages campus workshop inquiries and schedules or facilitates as needed4) Identifies, develops, and implements new and unique ways to improve workflow operations and process improvements as needed.5) Provides consultation to campus community partners and stakeholders, including development of health promotion strategies and training objectives based on best practices for students.6) Direct report to student staff, interns and volunteersData Management responsibilities include but not limited to: 1) Oversees student engagement data tracking through Campus Groups and integration with Power BI. Ensures data accuracy through all stages of workflow. 2) Communicates and coordinates with team members and adjacent campus departments. 3) Creates annual report for Department of Student Affairs

▪ Serves as the primary initial contact for development and provides essential administrative assistance in donor relations, departmental scheduling, budget tracking, finance and processing of all monetary and gift-in-kind donations to the Library▪ Assists Director of Development in all aspects of implementation and analysis of donor relations strategies, including extensive event planning, to support its mission by securing financial support from individuals and organizations▪ Handles confidential, high profile and time sensitive matters involving senior UC Santa Barbara administrators, faculty, staff, collaborating institutions and the donor community ▪ Manages various software systems including an email marketing software (Emma), website editing software (Drupal) and donor tracking software (Advance)
