• Support the recruiting team by conducting first contact screenings with candidates and qualifying or rejecting those candidates• Scheduling second round interviews with clinical recruiter for qualifying candidates • Maintain a pipeline to efficiently follow up with candidates • Post and manage job requisitions using Greenhouse • Consistently exceed daily contact goals using Cisco Jabber and Grayscale

• Lead as a captain for the 2023 baseball season• Serve as a brand ambassador for the Detroit Tigers Organization by assisting with distribution of giveaway items, interacting with fans, bringing positivity to each game and making appearances throughout metro Detroit. • Assist the promotions team with pre-game and in-game activations and selling kids club memberships • Represent the team at community events which includes distributing promotional items, answering questions about the organization, and disturbing information to fans

• Lead a group of 30+ team members in their day-to-day routines • Analyze metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis • Solve problems to improve the business’ metrics• Fulfill guests’ online orders placed through order pick up or ship from store • Meet deadlines daily in order to maintain green metric
