Product Assistant at AWARD - The Australasian Writers and Art Directors Association • Assisting event manager with the running of the 37th AWARD (The Australasian Writers and Art Directors Association) Awards program.• Processing and collating of over 1,000 entries.This included managing and recording all materials submitted such as A2 boards/artwork, product samples, case studies, TVC’s and various paperwork.• Checking all submitted material which includes watching all video content (TVC’s/Online Films/ Case Studies etc.) to ensure quality and accuracy. • Proofing and double checking of all event related materials including judging information, trophy lists, show material, credits and programs. • Assisting with the coordination of judging which is a month long event that involves 110 judges in various venues.• Running of keynote presentation with video content during judging.• General admin assistance including the collation of judging materials, catering coordination, couriers and travel bookings.

Production Intern on The British Fashion Council – Live Social Newsroom Strategy• Managed one of three camera teams filming the catwalk at London Fashion Week• Received and relayed any messages between the team, director and producer. This project incorporated a live news stream and so it was very important to have fluid communication on the day • Responsible for the fast delivery of content back to the mobile editing suite and social media team• Coordinated the delivery of crew and equipment.
