As a daughter of immigrants, my upbringing in the U.S. has fueled a deep interest in the intricacies of culture, particularly the duality of being Latino. From understanding how culture influences behaviors to leveraging these insights to reach and better serve targeted audiences, this interest shaped my undergraduate career. Now, as a professional in the entertainment industry, it continues to be my drive.I'm a marketing and communications leader with experience in creating, managing, and implementing multi-platform strategies that meet goals and yield results. My career thus far has allowed me to translate my passion into successful, award-winning campaigns across network, cable, streaming, and digital platforms. Thanks to these experiences, I'm accustomed to working under pressure, thinking critically, and managing my time wisely in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Most importantly, I'm a team player who values integrity and collaborative work while understanding the need to stay organized to ensure business goals and deadlines are met.I currently serve as the Director of Social and Earned Media on the Business Solutions and Strategy team at Loud and Live. In this role, I play a key role in developing and leading social, influencer, and earned media strategies for both agency clients and Loud and Live's entertainment and events brands. Previously, I held multiple roles at NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises, spanning brand, content, and ad sales marketing, where I developed and executed comprehensive integrated marketing plans. With enthusiasm and an eagerness to continue learning, I’m excited to have a hand in creating dynamic stories that shape culture as consumption and the media landscape evolve!
