I work in Customer Service assisting customers with questions about products, or concerns. I also proceed to check out customers using great retail skills. I also communicate with other departments throughout the store to help understand the products that are frequently being updated through the store.

I assist is projects that are being done throughout the office such as entering data onto Microsoft Excel. I do special projects when asked such as hang up posters for upcoming events. I use my communication skills while answering phones and taking messages for all of the Music Departments Faculty. I also communicate with incoming and current students with questions they may have and direct them to the Faculty Member that deals with that area of their concern.

I experienced the newsroom in a day by day setting. I followed reporters on stories. I successfully completed 3 packages of my own and 7 stand ups. I learned how to edit videos and write stories quickly.

I was the Line Producer for this project. I organized 15 interviews from all different aspect of the Career Service's office (such as Students, Career Services Staff, Local Employers, & UW Oshkosh Professors) to be in this corporate video. I also organized all appointments, equipment reservations and pick up, and location of the interviews.
