I am responsible for the long-term success and happiness of Sprinklr's enterprise customers. With these high-touch accounts, I serve as a coach, advocate, consultant and project manager, ultimately helping Fortune100 brands optimize their use of Sprinklr to drive towards their business objectives and improve performance.

In my capacity as Assistant Director of Social Media, I was responsible for the oversight, publishing and campaign planning across the University's core social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, Buzzfeed, Spotify, Medium and LinkedIn. I also oversaw a network of social media communicators across campus, collaborating on best practices and compiling these case studies into a blog for both internal and external education, @BUSocial. Together, we worked to centralize social media reporting structure and formalize content sharing. I was privileged to have the opportunity to supervise a team of up to seven social media interns each semester, in a program I worked to pilot and formalize. As team leader, it was my responsibility to delegate tasks, aligning skills/passions with available projects and incorporating student work into the overall content plan.

As Digital Engagement Associate, I worked to manage the University's daily social media postings and engage with audience members on a wide variety of issues. In this capacity, I worked to create multichannel campaigns, created engaging graphics and was solely responsible for much of the daily content creation needs.

Assisted in top-level University public relations efforts including government & community relations, event planning and daily media monitoring and outreach.

Write and publish original blog posts including original video featuring faculty experts as well as on-campus events. Compile weekly analytics reports on BU web content. Assist in crisis communications efforts surrounding Boston Marathon bombing.
