- Co-ordinating and managing field recruitment from project commission to completion- Develop and implement any screener questionnaires requested - Assigning work to and supporting external recruiters through the length of a project-Fast troubleshooting and resolution of issues raised by both clients and recruiters-Organisation and management of additional client requests e.g. venues, catering, moderating, etc-Ensure successful time management of tight deadlines-Manage project budgets and assessing client needs and expectations in order to deliver on time and within that budget-Nurture junior members of the team with timely management, training and ongoing support -Experience and success in a wide variety of sectors including FMCG, technology, automotive, medical-Extensive experience in recruitment a number of methodologies including traditional focus groups, ethnographies, depths, workshops, online boards, hall tests and mystery shops -Close involvement in business development for the company; meeting with clients, attending functions, etc-Managing our Telephone Unit, and the Telephone Unit Co-ordinator
