• Daily execute Supplemental Integration Model (SIM) to ensure timely and complete processing of files that initial through Shadow File & Alternative Submission Method process for CMS submission.• Design, modify codes, test, and debug in VBA macros to update SIM to complete the assigned project(s) in the specified time frame according to team standards and guidelines.• Track errors, address issues, missing files, and advise proper solutions for future enhancement in the SIM process.• Collaborate with Submission, Data Analytics, IT teams to evaluate different methods and tools to develop the new process for a better and more efficient system to meet the department's needs.• Help to identify problems and troubleshooting, addressing questions and concerns internally and externally regarding PRP and SIM process.

• Design ad hoc and standard reporting for senior-level leadership on a weekly/monthly basis.• Create data visualizations and analysis for requested projects.• Develop and execute database queries and conduct analysis with extensive use of PL/SQL and MS Excel.• Support markets (CA & National) in reporting and analytics by examining big data, integrating multiple data sources, and translating data into meaningful reports.• Maintain data consistency, troubleshoot errors to certain reports accurately, and tools functional.
