I am a conscientious person who takes great pride in her work, holding myself to high standards in order to produce high quality results. I am self-motivated and driven and I aim to constantly increase my knowledge and skills on both a personal and professional level. Time management is of great importance to me. I thoroughly enjoy task management and scheduling, planning and organising and my diary and monthly planner are never too far from me. Emotional awareness is a topic of great interest for me. I have a high emotional intelligence and enjoy learning about what shapes a person's emotional and social world. I enjoy helping children grow and develop in this area as well and have a holistic approach to child development and childcare. I love being creative and my area of expertise allows this on a daily basis; from coming up with creative dress-up day outfits, to planning school projects and helping children navigate social and emotional challenges that they encounter through problem-solving. Working with children allows me to flex my creative muscle daily and to inspire and teach children while doing so.
