Chief Operating Officer
CurrentLeadership: Has a lead role in fostering a culture that provides high-quality patient care as the highest priority; ensures that the field/clinic organization understands relevant KPI’s/financials and that incentives are designed to support the achievement of goals. Works to foster collaboration across the functional areas to ensure communication and understanding of goals and minimize organizational friction. Clinical Operations: Oversees all clinical operations for dental and related services offered through high-quality facilities including patient care, the leadership of providers, supervision of dental clinic staff, and adequate staffing plans. Compliance: compliance with regulatory requirements, development and implementation of policies/procedures/controls governing all aspects of dental clinical operations, infection control, quality assurance, equipment maintenance, patient complaints and incident reporting. Provider Recruitment/Development/Retention: Working with Human Resources to organize and manage repeatable recruitment processes, ongoing education and mentoring, performance management and the rewarding/recognizing/retaining of providers and other clinical staff. Onboarding & Training: Working with HR & Department Leaders to develop, document and implement comprehensive and reproducible onboarding and training programs for all roles.Planning/Budgeting: works with the Executive Leadership Team to develop a Long-Term Plan and Annual Operating Plans/Budgets to achieve the Objectives of the Long-Term Plan; participates in regular reviews of performance against goals.
