Advanced Specialist, Talent Management
Current- Ensure employee development processes, talent selection/succession planning meets the current and future skills, knowledge, talent and leadership that the organization needs in order to achieve all the organization.
- Direct, develop and implement comprehensive programs and initiatives that align with and promote the Company’s talent management strategies and culture management goals
- Lead end-to-end implementation of corporate talent management direction, policies, practices, or new programs based on guidelines and models set by the department leadership
- Design, develop, implement and manage program to identify and develop high potential and high performer employees in the organization, to include strategic job rotations, global assignments and specialized training and.
