I work one on one with clients through Kickoff and privately to offer personal training and nutrition services, including full meal plans and detailed workouts with daily check ins.

I support clients in need suffering from severe and persistent mental illness in obtaining and maintaining housing. I work closely with state programs such as TCL (transition to community living), private landlords that I have made connections with, and community resources such as WHA (Wilmington Housing Authority). I advocate with clients to ensure they obtain safe and secure housing that they are happy with and feel comfortable in. To do this, I work along side the clients to assist in the search for housing, applying for eligible programs, touring potential properties, the move in process, and continue to follow up, ensuring the successful move transitions into successful permeant supportive housing.In addition to the housing aspect of my job, I work with a team to maintain case management for the enhanced service we offer. This includes assessment of daily activities functioning, symptom management, coping skills, medication management and psychoeducation. Show less

As an intake coordinator for the company, I was the first point of contact for new clients calling for services. I verified insurance, assessed each new client's mental health needs and scheduled them with appropriate services. When needed, I performed additional screening and referred them to a higher level of care than basic medication management and out patient therapy.
