I also have a certification in Advanced Customer Service and Sales from the National Retail Federation, which reflects my professionalism and commitment in this field.Currently, I am a Retail Leadership Training Program Intern at Nordstrom, where I am learning from the best in the business and gaining valuable insights into the retail operations and management. I have been working in the retail industry for over four years, starting from my first job at Target when I was 16.
