Answering phone calls to ensure a smooth workflow for all employees in the front of house and back of house. Liaison between the restaurant and its customers 2-3 nights a week. Bussing and preparing tables after customer's leave to ensure a steady flow of business and so the servers can provide the best dining experience possible.

Doubling as a customer service rep and a line cook. Creating biweekly schedules for all employees. Communicating with other employees to discuss availability and time off requests and relaying that information to the owner for approval. Preparing food for customers as well as backup product for the staff. Working on a template for a new menu by removing less popular items to reduce the amount of waste produced by the restaurant which in turn will help the business save money. Conducting interviews for prospective employees and providing feedback to the interviewee and the owner.

Communicating with multiple parties in order to ensure the safety of 5 children. Working closely with Sandusky County Department of Job and Family Services (SCDJFS) to update each other on information as well as discussing how to move forward in the case. Contacting school officials, counselors, health care providers, and family members to receive updated information on each child and doing the same for all adults involved including parents, grandparents, and other relatives. Keeping records of meetings and conversations in order to submit an up to date report to the Sandusky County Juvenile Probate Court. Advocating in court for the wellbeing of all 5 children. Scheduling in home visits for the children and their mom as well as meeting with the father of 3 of the children to discuss their physical, emotional, and mental safety and wellbeing.
