Experienced Voice Instructor and Music Educator with a demonstrated history of working in the secondary education industry. Skilled in vocal pedagogy, dramatic coaching for theatre, and auditions preparation. Strong performance and educational professional with a Master's degree focused in Voice Pedagogy and Performance from Westminster Choir College of Rider University and a Music Education and Voice Performance degrees from Michigan State University. My extensive teaching experience includes Michigan State University Community Music School, my private studio which has thrived in East Lansing, Michigan, Princeton, New Jersey, and the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. In connection with the Frisco Independent School District, I maintained a private voice studio and acted as dramatic coach for theatre programs from the Frisco Independent School District. This puts into practice my services as a trained voice instructor, music educator, and vocal coach. I prepare students for solo and ensemble competitions and auditions, as well as further the students’ knowledge of vocal repertoire, vocal technique and health. The skills I have gained in student motivation and lesson planning as well as recently obtaining a second degree in music education have gifted me with fresh perspective and solidified skills set.
