--Utilized system data to create a workflow and condensed dashboards on Alteryx and Tableau to help mill managers visualize their costs per period.--Lead initial communication with 28 department leaders about a new compliance process to help them understand the change and be their immediate contact if they needed help.--Used creative destruction to rework an old cost reporting system which will lead to a reduction of four working hours each month.

I managed a residence hall account of about $3,000 a term; Budgeting, keeping record, and transferring funds to support our residents. By being the Hall treasurer, I was to be an integral part of our hall council meetings and be an acting representative of our Hall. I was able to actively participate in Wilson Hall's activities and goals over the school year; hoping to make an impact.

I worked part time as a second job to save money for college and work on interpersonal skills. I learned how to provide quality customer service while gaining knowledge about the industry and how I could prepare the best product for our customers.
