As the radio promotions intern I assist with office duties such as calling contest winners, creating prize forms for upcoming and current promotions, writing liners for upcoming events and remotes, and writing about giveaways and contests for the websites of both radio stations (96.9 BOB FM and Q 92.9)Outside of the office I attend most events and remotes. When at the remote I help with setting up and I interact with the audience, getting them to participate in the games we have set up.

General secretary duties; answer phones, make appointments for students to see their specific career counselor, assist employers when they are coming into the office to interview students. I also create tip sheets for students that focus on enhancing their job searching and networking skills. I have also assited in planning events for the department.
