In my role as Director of Life Science Research Analytics I built out the analytics frameworks for delivering custom analyses using a novel RWD analytics platform. This work included the design for creating reusable code in Python, R, and SQL. I also helped facilitate the implementation of SOPs for regulatory-grade analytics projects. I contributed to usability improvements of the analytics platform. This included the creation of tutorial notebooks, videos and other materials to help customers get started in the platform. I also aided in the transition of customers to the rollout of Spark-based computing environment. I delivered 30+ custom analytics projects and published high-impact peer-reviewed publications and conference abstracts. During this time I expanded this analytics capacity from 2 to 27+ clients, hiring and mentoring a team of data analysts and co-director.
