This work included the design for creating reusable code in Python, R, and SQL. I also helped facilitate the implementation of SOPs for regulatory-grade analytics projects. I contributed to usability improvements of the analytics platform. This included the creation of tutorial notebooks, videos and other materials to help customers get started in the platform. I also aided in the transition of customers to the rollout of Spark-based computing environment. During this time I expanded this analytics capacity from 2 to 27+ clients, hiring and mentoring a team of data analysts and co-director.
