Counterparty Credit Risk

- Partnership with Technology, Model Owners etc. in the execution of strategic initiatives to optimize the forecasting and reporting of the firm's capital/IRR metrics under baseline, stress, and various IRR shock scenarios within the firm's quantitative finance and analytics platform- Manage team’s end to end model system (comprised of over 140 quantitative models) and act as primary liaison with Model Risk Management- Perform analytics and drive forward strategic initiatives, such as LIBOR transition, capital reporting integration onto technology platform, and other enhancements to capital reporting and interest rate risk analytics

- Managed team in the forecasting of the firm's capital position and risk weighted assets for the parent company and primary legal entities under baseline conditions and for stress testing/CCAR - Prepared and presented capital adequacy results and capital action recommendations to senior management, committees, and legal entity Boards as applicable- Developed and maintained Capital Management policies for BAC and the Company's legal entities (banks, broker dealers, swap dealers)- Partnered with Risk Management in the calibration of capital management triggers (targets, goals, etc.) and in the development, monitoring, and maintenance of capital policies that detail the firm's strategy for managing capital at the parent and primary subsidiaries - Built and implemented the Company's capital framework for recovery and resolution planning to support regulatory requirements - Team lead for legal entity capital management strategic projects. Drove forward numerous capital optimization initiatives for the Company’s broker dealers, swap dealers, and banks- Implemented and managed more robust capital monitoring and reporting routines during the COVID pandemic- Received recognition for multiple enhancements implemented to forecasting models and legal entity capital management and stress testing processes- Managed capital technology transformation initiatives

• Supported Bank of America as Risk Advisory consultant in multiple enterprise and strategic projects: - Worked with the global recovery and resolution planning core team in the management of the Company’s recovery and resolution plan submissions and enterprise-wide process build out - Member of core project management team partnering with finance, technology, and change management teams to support the large-scale transition of the firm’s book of record from InSight to SAP accounting system
