As a coach, I enjoy helping career-driven people who have ADHD, chronic illness, or a family member with chronic illness to build the life they want, despite the challenges they face. My mission is to empower my clients to achieve their personal and professional goals, while embracing their neurodiversity and coping with their health conditions. I am passionate about neurodiversity in the law, helping destigmatize ADHD, and expanding access to coaching. I use evidence-based strategies, compassionate communication, and tailored support to create a positive and transformative coaching experience.
